Healthy Soil = Healthy Food = Healthy People.
- J. I. Rodale
Transforming the way you think about your yard.
We bridge the gap between us and our food sources by educating people on how to grow their own food, empowering them to regenerate the soil around them and how to help contribute to a healthier environment.
A holistic approach
We keep all of Mother Nature’s intricacies in mind when designing and installing projects. Soil is a food web and functions best when all parts are in harmony working together. We aim to realize your dream spaces into reality in co-operation with nature.
Pollinator gardens use a variety of native plants to support wildlife. These gardens are habitats for the butterflies, bees, birds, frogs, and so many more. The garden can provide all that these native species need including food, water and shelter in and around native plants as well as providing places to survive overwinter. From supporting a broad range of species to having gardens for specific species like a butterfly garden for monarchs or a bee garden, we’ve got you covered.
Our Services
Pollinator Gardens
Landscape Maintenance
We specialize in native landscape maintenance! Using our years of experience with native plants and education we provide sustainable and high-quality work, including weeding, tree and bush pruning, plantings, divisions, mulching, basic sprinkler care, organic plant nutrition, organic pest control, seasonal bed prep and more! We currently maintain about 45,000 Sq. ft. of various types of garden beds.
Vegetable Gardens
Vegetable gardens come in various shapes and sizes. From a dense food forest to organized market garden rows we can create the ultimate fruit and vegetable micro-farm for you and your family. We can create landscapes that grow fresh produce through each season utilizing organic methods and “No Dig” style gardens
Ornamental Gardens
We specialize in creating garden spaces that fulfill people and the native species important to our local ecosystems. We focus on providing a landscape with perennials that will keep coming back for years to come. Plants are also selected for their conservation of water, providing multiple seasons of color, and their ability to perform in the chosen area.
Rain Gardens
Managing needed water input via plant selection. Rain gardens can be located in flood plains, drainage ditches, easements, road sides, and more. Rain gardens help capture rain water and increase infiltration so that rain water in retained in your soil, rather than running off and causing erosion.
